Refund policy

All sales are final. In the case of products backed by our warranty, defective covered items will be replaced or repaired.

It is the buyers responsibility to confirm product information with Apollo Gear Co. before ordering. We suggest you call or email prior to placing an order to confirm and review specs and cosmetics of any night vision, thermal, or optical device.

We consider all sales to be final. In rare circumstances we may permit certain returns within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any accepted returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item approved for a return must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need to provide your order confirmation number as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@apollogearco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not able to be exchanged or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
