IrayUSA RL25v2 Thermal Monocular

This newly updated version of the IrayUSA RL25 follows in the footsteps of the popular RH25 micro thermal monocular series, and takes the multi-functional thermal concept to a new level of value and capability. 

The RL25v2 is, unlike the previous version, clip-on capable when used in conjunction with a normal daytime optic. At the current price point, there is no better clip on capable thermal device at this price point. 

Please note that images show the RL25v2 with certain accessory mounts which are not directly included and must be purchased separately. We recommend purchasing the RL25v2 with the Iray MQD and Iray Pictail accessories for best clip on mounting experience when pairing with 1.54" height optics. Or, for 1.93" height day optics, pair with the Iray Flip to Side Mount.

The new RL25 V2 is an evolution that keeps the well-known compact form factor and advanced feature set, while adding user-requested features and system enhancements focused on improving image quality and ease-of-use.

In its newest variation, the RL25 V2 has been updated to provide users with powerful enhancements while retaining the versatility that our customers love; use it as a handheld scanner, helmet-mounted monocular, weapon sight and now a thermal clip-on! The 384x288 12 µm thermal sensor has and improved NETD rating of ≤18mK and is paired with a 25 mm f/1.0 lens to provide a 2x native magnification. New RL25 V2 models feature a machined magnesium alloy housing to reduce weight. An added USB-C port now allows for simplified file transfer and the ability to power the MICRO from an external battery pack. The internal video recorder now includes crisp audio and 64 GB of internal storage. An improved 1440×1080 AMOLED display and is paired with a new eyepiece that offers more comfortable viewing and clip-on compatibility for optics up to up to 6× magnification.  The new display provides a physical viewing area that is 80% larger than the previous generation, with 97% more total pixels.
